Qualifications or Performance:1. All legal persons or other organizations from the People"s Republic of China or countries or regions that have normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China are eligible to bid and provide relevant documents such as business licenses;

If the bidder"s product is a domestically produced medical device, they must provide: ① According to the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Medical Device Production" (Order No. 53 of the State Administration for Market Regulation), provide the manufacturer"s valid medical device production license or production record certificate according to the classification of medical devices; ② According to the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Medical Device Operation" (Order No. 54 of the State Administration for Market Regulation), provide the bidder"s valid medical device business license or business record certificate according to the classification of medical devices. ③ According to the Measures for the Administration of Registration and Filing of Medical Devices (Order No. 47 of the State Administration for Market Regulation), provide the medical device registration certificate (if there is an appendix, it needs to be provided) or medical device filing certificate (including the filing information table and its appendix) within the validity period of the invested equipment according to the classification of medical devices;
3. For imported medical devices, the following requirements shall be provided in accordance with the relevant management measures mentioned in Article 2 above: Medical Device Business License or Business Filing Certificate, Medical Device Registration Certificate (if there are attachments, please provide attachments), or Medical Device Filing Certificate (including filing information form).
4. Imported products are provided with authorization letters issued by the manufacturer or domestic legal general agent, which can be traced.
