3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1)For foreign enterprises, provide copies of relevant documents registered at the address of the main manufacturing plant in accordance with the laws of the country; For domestic enterprises, a copy of the business license will be provided;
(2)Legal person"s power of attorney (original), in the form of Annex in Section 4,Volume 1 of "Electrical & Mechanical International Bidding Standard Bidding Document";
(3)If the goods supplied by the bidder under the contract are not made by the bidder himself, the bidder shall obtain the sole official authorization of the manufacturer or authorization of the manufacturer"s general agent in End-user"s country (original); if the manufacturer participates in the bid, the agent can no longer be authorized to participate;
(4)Equipment manufacturers must obtain ISO9001 quality management system certification or other quality system certifications of equivalent standards, and are required to provide scanned copies or photocopies of valid certification documents.
(5)Bidders must have good commercial reputation and sound financial accounting system (complete audit financial report of year 2024 issued by accounting firm or bank credit certificate issued by bidder"s bank within 3 months before bid opening date;
(6)TThe equipment provided by the bidder shall be mature, reliable and technologically advanced. Meanwhile, the same type of products shall have been stably operating in domestic or foreign factories with the same or similar conditions, and their safety and reliability shall have been proven.
The bidder shall provide the sales performance of no less than 10 units of the same type of equipment (for the final cleaning of SiC or monocrystalline silicon polished wafers) installed since January 1, 2020, including at least 2 units of single-wafer final cleaning machines for 8-inch and larger silicon polished wafers (by providing contracts and a performance summary table). If the supplier cannot provide documents such as performance contracts due to confidentiality or other reasons, it may be based on the supplier"s valid commitment or a copy of the contract with key customer information masked. The application industry shall be indicated in the performance summary table.
(7)For products supplied outside PRC customs territory, the supplier must ensure that the export procedures for the goods can be completed on schedule, guarantee the timely export of the goods; and Letter of Commitment required.
