3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 All legal persons or other organizations from the People"s Republic of China or countries or regions with normal trade exchanges with the People"s Republic of China can participate in the bidding; Domestic bidders provide a copy of a valid business license, and overseas bidders provide a copy of business registration certificate or other valid supporting documents.
3.2 This project accepts the participation of manufacturers or agents in bidding, but manufacturers and agents cannot participate in the bidding of the same project at the same time; And if the agent bids, it should provide a valid authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for the AC and DC power supply vehicle (ground static power supply - energy storage mobile) of the equipment to be invested in this project, and the same manufacturer can only authorize one agent to participate in the bidding and provide the original valid authorization letter.
3.3 The equipment invested by the bidder must have the "Civil Airport Special Equipment Certification Certificate" or the product with normal status announced in the "Civil Airport Special Equipment Information Management System" of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (provide the civil airport special equipment certification certificate or a screenshot of the civil airport special equipment information management system website).
3.4 The bidder"s brand of AC and DC power supply vehicle (ground static variable power supply - energy storage mobile type) has at least one sales record for domestic transportation airports from January 1, 2020 to the bidding deadline (subject to the time of contract signing) (provide a complete copy of the contract).
3.5 If the bidder is a manufacturer outside the People"s Republic of China, it shall have a resident service agency or entrusted agency in China, and be able to provide timely and effective after-sales service at the location of the project; If the overseas manufacturer authorizes the agent to bid, the manufacturer shall have a resident service agency or entrusted agency in China to provide after-sales service; Provide a copy of the after-sales service agency introduction and business license (if the after-sales service agency is an agency, a copy of the after-sales service authorization letter issued by the manufacturer must be provided).
3.6 Credibility Requirements:
