3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders must complete valid registration on the electronic trading platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce of the people "s republic of China to provide public services for international bidding and tendering activities of mechanical and electrical products (hereinafter referred to as the electronic trading platform for bidding and tendering of mechanical and electrical products, website: www.chinabidding.com) before the bid submission deadline.

3) The bidder must be an independent legal person or other organization with legal business qualifications and independently bear civil liability.
4) If the goods to be tendered by the bidder are medical devices, the bidder shall provide the "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Filing Certificate for Class I Medical Devices" of the tendered goods. Bidders shall provide the "Medical Device Business License" or the "Filing Certificate for Class II Medical Device Business" in accordance with relevant national regulations. The business scope of the bidder shall be consistent with the relevant license or filing content. (Only applicable to medical devices)
5) The domestic bidder has not been listed as a dishonest executor, a major tax violation case party, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
6) Domestic bidders have no major illegal records in business operations within the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities.
7) The bidder must be a manufacturer specializing in the production of the equipment required for this tender, or an agent holding the manufacturer"s authorization or legally obtaining other certificates for the products being tendered.
