3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:①Meet the requirements of (Volume One) Section 1, Instructions to Bidders, Item 2, "Qualified Bidders" in the bidding documents.
②The bidder should have at least three years of similar cooperation experience with two domestic automobile companies (from January 1, 2022 to present), and provide performance proof of no less than 100000 units/year or no less than 50 cubic meters/year of the same type of sludge (such as contract or project acceptance certificate materials).
③The bidder should have a stable and reliable service organization in China, and have a long-term fixed scale oil sludge reserve (with a safe reserve of more than 20000 units). They need to provide a commitment letter in accordance with the format of 6.3 in Chapter 6 of the bidding documents.
④If the bidder is an agent of oil sludge, they need to provide an authorization letter from the product manufacturer.
⑤Only agents or product manufacturers of the same model of sludge products are allowed to bid, and cannot participate simultaneously.
