Qualifications or Performance:1.The bidder shall be the manufacturer. If the manufacturer cannot directly bid, it can authorize an agent in writing to participate in the bidding, and only one bidder can participate in the bidding for products of the same brand.
2.Manufacturer of the electric passenger shuttle bus has supplied at least 15 sets of the bidding electric passenger shuttle bus worldwide from Jan 1, 2022 to the deadline for submission of bids.
3.The bidder shall provide qualified products and configurations. The electric passenger shuttle bus must have a vehicle inspection report issued by a testing agency designated by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
4.From Jan 1, 2022 to the deadline for submission of bids, the bidder has no record of serious violations of law and credibility in its business activities.
5.The bidder should have a sound financial system.
