3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The bidder shall possess design and manufacturing experience for cold tandem rolling mills of aluminum plate and strip, maintain a sound market reputation, and provide comprehensive domestic after-sales service and technical support.
The bidder must demonstrate at least one successful project involving the design and supply of mechanical equipment for cold tandem rolling mills with double-stand or higher configurations in the aluminum processing industry since January 2000 (excluding retrofit projects and co-manufacturing arrangements with foreign entities). Supporting documents shall include a project list along with copies of either the contract"s key pages (cover and signature pages) or acceptance certificates, with validity determined by the signing date.
