Qualifications or Performance:1.All suppliers from the People"s Republic of China or countries/regions that have normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Eligible Source Countries/Regions") are eligible to bid.
2.Bidders must not have any direct or indirect association with the consulting firms or their affiliates commissioned by the tendering party for the design, specification preparation, and other documentation related to the procurement of the goods in this tender.
3.Only suppliers that are legally and financially independent, legally operating, and independent from the tendering party and the tendering organization are eligible to participate in the bidding.
★4) Products under medical device management must possess a valid medical device registration certificate or medical device filing proof.
★5) If the bidder is a manufacturer, they must provide a business license and a copy of the medical device production license, stamped with the company"s official seal. If the bidder is an agent, they must provide: ① the bidder"s business license and a copy of the medical device business license, stamped with the bidder"s official seal; ② a copy of the manufacturer"s business license and medical device production license, stamped with the bidder"s official seal; ③ an original authorization letter from the manufacturer, or an original authorization letter from the manufacturer"s wholly-owned domestic subsidiary, or an original authorization letter from the manufacturer"s authorized regional agent.
★6) The bidder must provide an original credit certificate issued by their bank within three months prior to the bid opening date, or a copy of the original.
★7) The bid must include the original manufacturer"s technical data sheet (Technical Data Sheet), which will be used as the basis for bid evaluation.
