Qualifications or Performance:(1)The bidder should meet the splicing precision technical indicators and Safety technical requirements of the prototype, once the bid is awarded, the prototype needs to be moved into the buyer"s factory free of charge within two weeks after the contract is signed , in the two weeks after the official equipment is put into use, the prototype returned to the bidder, the bidder is responsible for prototype round-trip transport, installation, dismantling, debugging, maintenance and insurance, etc., and the Tenderee is responsible for the provision of prototype of the utilities. The Tenderee will not be responsible for any damage caused by no fault of the Tenderee during the use of the prototype in the Tenderee"s factory.(2) once the bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contract with the Tenderee. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the Tenderee, his bid will be rejected. (explanation: in the tender, the one who signs the contract shall be the one who bid and won the bid. It is not allowed for the contract to be signed by Party B where Party A is the bidder.)
