Qualifications or Performance:1．Qualifications of manufacturers:
(1) Domestic manufacturers:
A. Equipment manufacturers registered in the People"s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) with independent legal personality (must provide valid Enterprise Legal Person Business License, Organization Code Certificate and Tax Registration Certificate);
Note: If there is "three certificates in one or more certificates in one", only business license is required.
B. The tenderer shall not accept bidders listed on the Serious Illegal Enterprise List in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (HTTP://www.gsxt.gov. cn/) or included in the Dishonest Enforcement List on the "Credit China Website" (www.creditchina.gov. cn) to participate in this project bidding. Bidders must have no major illegal records in their business operations. (Provide relevant website query screenshots and a self-formatted commitment letter stating no major illegal records;)
C. If the person in charge of the bidder is the same person or there are two or more units with controlling and being controlled relationship, the bidder shall not bid in the same bidding project (provide a letter of commitment in your own format).
D. Legal persons, other organizations or individuals who have interests with the tenderer/purchaser and may affect the fairness of the bidding shall not participate in this project (provide a letter of commitment in your own format).
(2) Foreign manufacturers:
A. The manufacturer shall have the corresponding equipment design and manufacturing capability, and must comply with the relevant technical specifications and standards of the People"s Republic of China or the corresponding international technical specifications and standards. (Valid supporting documents shall be provided).
