3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1. When submitting their bids, bidders shall provide a list of their achievements and authorization documents from the manufacturers of the corresponding equipment. The bidding equipment should have a good international sales record and a reputable user base.
3.2. The bidder (if the bidder is an agent or system integrator, it may provide performance materials from the product manufacturer as supporting documents) must have sold no fewer than four complete sets of equipment similar to the "Automotive Cabin Emergency Call Quality Performance Testing System" or "Automotive Cabin Hands-Free Call Quality Performance Testing System" within China from January 1, 2021, up to the bid submission deadline, and the contracting party or end user must be a third-party domestic automotive quality inspection and mandatory testing agency. Performance proof materials (including copies of contracts or final acceptance reports, etc.) must be provided. The complete sets of equipment must at least demonstrate "emergency call" and "hands-free call" testing functions. If the contract or acceptance report cannot reflect the characteristics of the above projects, relevant supplementary proof materials such as technical agreements must be provided; the bid evaluation committee reserves the right to review the original documents; parts involving commercial secrets in the contract or final acceptance report may be concealed, but at least the user name, equipment name, end user information, contract signing date, and other content required by this performance requirement must be reflected
3.3. At the same time, it should possess corresponding after-sales maintenance capabilities in mainland China and provide relevant supporting documents.
3.4. Equipment manufacturers must pass ISO9001 (GB/T19001) quality management system certification, provide a copy of the certificate when bidding, and ensure that the certificate is within its validity period.
