The automatic module gluing assembly and pre-curing equipment is used for IGBT module substrate gluing, AOI adhesive path detection system, side frame laser marking, side frame
substrate assembly, automatic screw locking, material pressing mechanism, heating curing system, and heat dissipation device. All products are placed on pallets, and the number of
modules placed on each pallet is subject to the subsequent pallet drawings. The quantity of products in the pallet may be any quantity less than the maximum quantity of products in
the pallet. Manual operation is responsible for glue replacement, mixing tube replacement, screw loading, and side frame loading and unloading. The incoming materials from the pallet
assembly line are processed, and the remaining processing procedures are all automatically completed by the equipment. For other details, please refer to the technical requirements.

mainly used to support module testing equipment to achieve fully automated online mass production. For other details, please refer to the technical requirements.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Package 1: Module gluing, assembly and curing equipment
1. The bidder must have the manufacturing or sales qualification for the equipment being tendered. The manufacturer"s total sales performance of the same type of equipment in the past three
years (valid within 36 months prior to the bid submission deadline, based on the contract or order signing date) must be no less than 10 units/sets. (Copies of the contract or order must be
provided in the tender documents.)
2. If the bidder is a trading company, it must provide the manufacturer"s "Manufacturer"s Authorization Letter" for this project along with the tender documents.

1. The bidder must have the manufacturing or sales qualification for the equipment being tendered. The manufacturer"s total sales performance of the same type of equipment in the past three
