Additional Instructions:1. Interested suppliers can log on to the Shanghai-Hong Kong International Electronic Bidding Trading Platform (https://bid.huganggroup.com) from 9:00 on July 30th, 2025 to 17:00 on August 6th, 2025 (Beijing time) and upload the following materials:
(1) Business license (three certificates in one);
(2) Power of attorney of the legal representative;
(3) Identity cards of legal persons and authorized representatives;
(4) A written statement that the client is an on-the-job employee of this unit (signed, sealed and stamped by the legal representative)
After the supplier submits the registration materials online, it is required to send the original of the above materials to Shanghai Hugang Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. (No.2364 Xietu Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai). The on-site audit date is from July 30, 2025 to August 6, 2025 at 9:00-11:00 and 13:00-17:00 (except national holidays and weekends), and the original will be returned after review.
2. Obtain other instructions in the bidding documents:
(1) Selling price (RMB): 600 yuan (RMB), and the bidding documents are not refundable after sale.
(2) All qualified suppliers who are willing to participate in the bidding shall obtain the bidding documents within the time specified above, and will not handle them after the deadline. Response documents that fail to obtain the bidding documents as required will be rejected.
