3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*1. For those legally registered within or outside the territory of the People"s Republic of China, their business license or relevant certificates are valid, and copies of relevant documents should be provided. (Copies must be stamped with the official seal of our unit)
*2 Qualification criteria: The manufacturer of the bidding equipment must have experience in manufacturing similar equipment, and the bidding equipment must be non trial products. The equipment or products provided by the bidder must be original, brand new, and comply with the technical parameters specified in the bidding documents. (Copies must be stamped with the official seal of our unit)
*If the goods provided by the bidder according to the contract are not manufactured by the bidder itself, the bidder shall obtain a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer of the goods to provide the goods in this bid (see Annex 9-4 for the format). (Copies must be stamped with the official seal of our unit)
*4. Bidders shall provide a copy of the 2023 financial audit report issued by an accounting firm or a credit certificate issued by a bank within three months prior to the bid opening (November 2024- bid deadline) (the above documents must be stamped with the official seal of their unit).
*5 bidders are required to provide a letter of commitment against commercial bribery (see bidding document format).
