Qualifications or Performance:(1) For foreign and overseas bidders, relevant certificates registered in the place of business operation in accordance with the laws of that country (region); (2) If the products quoted by the bidders who intend to participate in this project fall into one of the following categories, they should possess the corresponding certificates of one of the categories: Category I: Provide the "Class I Medical Device Filing Certificate" and the "Class I Medical Device Production Filing Certificate" of the quoted products. Class II: Possess the "Business Filing Certificate for Class II Medical Devices", and provide the "Medical Device Production License" (except for imported equipment) and the "Medical Device Registration Certificate" for the quoted products. Category 3: Possess the "Medical Device Business License", and provide the "Medical Device Production License" (except for imported equipment) and the "Medical Device Registration Certificate" for the quoted products, as well as the filing certificate or business license that meets the requirements of the quoted products. (3) The products provided by the bidders for the tender must have legal source proof documents. If the bidding product is an imported product, ① If the bidder is not the manufacturer and the authorized person in the power of attorney is the bidder, an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the imported equipment of the bidding product shall be provided. ② If the bidder is not a manufacturer and the authorized person in the power of attorney is not the bidder, an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the imported equipment for the bidding products shall be provided, along with the corresponding proof documents provided by the authorized person (such as product distribution agreements, regional agency certificates, regional agency authorization) and other proof materials.
