Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:The following bidders are not acceptable: 1. Different bidders that have the same person in charge; 2. Different bidders that are share-holding or managing mutually; 3. Bidders that have been listed as Dishonest Judgement Debtor on www.creditchina.gov.cn or other credit platform by the China Supreme Court. 4. Bidders that have been list as Enterprises with Serious Illegal and Dishonest Acts in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System by Administration for Industry and Commerce. Contract Reference Requirement:The bidder has undertaken at least 3 projects of the same type of equipment (providing services or completed, subject to the contract signing date) from January 1, 2022 to the bid opening date. The relevant supporting documents to be submitted are:
1) A copy of the contract should be attached (if the contract content cannot reflect the performance requirements, a supplementary explanation of the technical agreement may be attached);
2) The bidder should be the direct supplier of the contract;
3) The contract should be signed or stamped by all parties, except for special forms of contracts such as electronic contracts and orders.

If not, the sales model description in China issued by the manufacturer (including domestic offices, etc.) must be provided separately).
B. When the bidder promises that similar products of this brand have entered the domestic market for < 2 years (the original manufacturer"s explanation must be provided): ① To act as the agent for similar products of this brand or similar equipment products of other brands for at least 1 time (Proof materials such as the bid-winning notice or performance contract must be provided); ② Letter of authorization (must include the manufacturer"s sales model description in China. If not, the sales model description in China issued by the manufacturer (including domestic offices, etc.) must be provided separately).
