Qualifications or Performance:Package 1: Automatic Module Welding Equipment 1. The bidder must have the manufacturing or sales qualification for the equipment being tendered. The manufacturer"s total sales performance of the same type of equipment in the past three years (valid within 36 months prior to the bid submission deadline, based on the contract or order signing date) must be no less than 3 units. (Copies of the contract or order must be provided in the tender documents.) 2. If the bidder is a trading company, it must provide the manufacturer"s "Manufacturer"s Authorization Letter" for this project along with the tender documents. Package 2: Ultrasonic Scanning Equipment 1. The bidder must have the manufacturing or sales qualification for the equipment being bid on. The manufacturer"s total sales performance of ultrasonic scanning equipment in the past three years (valid within 36 months prior to the bid submission deadline, based on the contract or order signing date) must be no less than 10 sets. (Copies of the contract or order must be provided in the tender documents.) 2.
