3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder shall be an independent legal person or other organization in accordance with the provisions of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China (domestic bidders shall provide a business license, and overseas bidders shall provide local registration documents);
2) The bidder and the manufacturer/refurbisher of the bidding goods have no record of major violations in their business activities in the past year, have not used unfair competition to fraudulently win the bid, have no major economic criminal cases, and have not terminated the contract or lost the lawsuit as a defendant due to any breach of contract, violation of laws or business ethics (provide a written statement in the form of Annex 6-3);
3) If the bidding goods are new or second-hand refurbished equipment, the bidder must clearly state the bidding goods in its bidding documents (the second-hand equipment must indicate the year of production and serial number);
4) There are no major operational accidents and no major quality complaints about the bidding goods in the past three years (a written statement is provided in the format of Annex 6-3);
5) The bidder has sold no less than 3 units of the same type of monolithic stripping equipment in the wafer fab;
6) The bidder and the manufacturer/refurbisher of the bidding goods shall have the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract (provide a description of the professional equipment and technical ability);
7) The bidder or the manufacturer/refurbisher of the bidding goods shall have a special after-sales service organization in China, and have a senior equipment maintenance team (including: equipment and process engineers), so that users can obtain the corresponding technical and business support in a timely manner (provide office address lease contract or real estate certificate);
8) The project does not accept consortium bidding;
