The bidder is required to provide a "Medical Device Business License" or a "Second Class Medical Device Business Filing Certificate" in accordance with national regulations; the scope of the bidder"s business must be consistent with the relevant licensing or filing contents. 4) Bidders must be independent legal entities or other organizations with valid business qualifications and shall assume civil liability independently.
5) Domestic bidders must not be listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) as major tax violators, or in records of serious violations of government procurement.
6) Domestic bidders must not have any significant legal violations in their business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities.
7) The bidder must be a manufacturer that specializes in the production of the equipment required for this bidding or hold formal authorization from the manufacturer as an agent.
