Qualifications or Performance:Package 1: Automatic liner Bonding Equipment:
The bidder must have the qualification for manufacturing or selling the equipment being bid for. The manufacturer"s total sales performance of automatic liner bonding equipment (of the same model being bid for) in the past three years (valid within 36 months prior to the bid submission deadline, based on the contract or order signing date) should be no less than 100 units/sets. (A copy of the contract or order must be provided in the tender documents.
2. If the bidder is a trading company, it must provide the manufacturer"s "Manufacturer"s Authorization Letter" for this project along with the tender documents.
Package 2: Automatic Module Surface Mount Equipment
1. The bidder must have the qualification for manufacturing or selling the equipment being tendered. The manufacturer"s total performance of the same type of equipment in the past three years (valid within 36 months prior to the bid submission deadline, based on the contract or order signing date) should be no less than 10 sets. (A copy of the contract or order must be provided in the tender documents.
2. If the bidder is a trading company, it must provide the manufacturer"s "Manufacturer"s Authorization Letter" for this project along with the tender documents.
