Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder need to provide proof of performance for gantry type wire laying machines with a Y-direction travel of ≥ 7m.( A copy of the contract must be provided, indicating the specifications, model, and date of contract signing)
(2) The bidder must be the contractor that has signed with vendee the contract on foreign trade for this project once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contract on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the products are imported ones and the import contract must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contract on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
