3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Bidders must be from the People"s Republic of China or from countries or regions that have normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China.
(2) If the bidder is an agent, it must obtain the sole authorization from the manufacturer for this project, or a copy of the distribution authorization letter issued by the manufacturer to the authorized regional agent and the authorization letter issued by the regional agent, and provide a valid authorization letter. Under such circumstances, the manufacturer or regional agent can no longer participate in the bidding of this project in their own name.
(3) The bidding equipment should have a valid medical device registration certificate issued by the State Food and Drug Administration and its attached materials.

(4) If the bidder is the manufacturer of the goods being tendered, it shall provide the "Medical Device Manufacturing Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" in accordance with relevant national regulations. If the bidder is an enterprise engaged in sales and operation, it shall provide the "Medical Device Business Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" in accordance with relevant national regulations.

(5) Different suppliers whose legal representatives are the same person or who have a controlling or management relationship shall not participate in the bidding for the same project package.
(6) Only suppliers who are legally and financially independent, operate legally and are independent of the tenderer and the tendering agency are eligible to participate in the bidding.
