3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder shall be an independent legal person or other organization with a legal business license; The bidder shall have the qualification and ability to design or produce goods to be supplied;
(2) The bidder shall have good business reputation and independent ability to bear civil liabilities;
(3) The manufacturer shall provide SIL2 or above certification of the valve body and the actuator issued by the third-party authoritative certification agency. The address of thecertificate must be consistent with the actual place of supply. Relevant certification materials shall be provided;
(4) The bidding brand must provide a special equipment type test certificate covering the specifications of the bidding products, and must commit that when the bidding products are delivered as the contract, the supplying factory has obtained the Special Equipment Manufacturing License of the People"s Republic of China;
(5) In the past three years, there must be a supply performance of more than 200 eccentric rotary control valves for domestic large-scale petrochemical projects such as China National Petroleum Corporation and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation or similar working conditions/facilities. Relevant proof materials shall be provided;
(6) The manufacturer shall have its own brand of pneumatic actuator;
(7) The bidder shall have the manufacturing capacity and supply performance of eccentric rotary control valves for phosgene and hydrogen chloride media, and relevant proof materials shall be provided;
(8) The Joint Venture is not permitted in the project. Agent or distributor is not permitted in the project.
