Overview:At present, the dosing system of Jiaochangshan Sewage Treatment Plant of Cixi Drainage Co., Ltd. adopts conventional PID control. However, some detection instruments operate unstably. When the quality and quantity of raw water change significantly, there are problems such as untimely response and low control accuracy of the dosing control system. To stabilize the effluent quality and achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction, this project plans to carry out precise control transformation of the dosing system.The international public tender is entrusted to Ningbo International Tendering Co., LTD.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. Bidders must be the manufacturers or agents of the goods being tendered (nitrate nitrogen analyzers, dissolved oxygen analyzers, phosphate analyzers, residual chlorine analyzers, and intelligent control systems for precise dosing). If the bidder is an agent participating in the bidding, an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer must also be provided.
According to the "Notice on Jointly Punishing Dishonest Executives in Bidding and Tendering Activities" issued by the Supreme People"s Court and nine other departments, bidders shall not be dishonest executives. The tenderer (tendering agency) will check the bidders" bad credit information on the website of "Credit China" www.creditchina.gov.cn on the day of the bid opening. If a bidder is found to be a dishonest executive, the bid evaluation committee will reject its bid. If the query cannot be made due to force majeure events on the day of the bid opening and cannot be restored for the time being, a post-event query of the shortlisted candidates can be conducted during the period of public announcement of the winning bid. If the shortlisted candidate is a dishonest executive, the tenderer will lawfully cancel his/her winning bid qualification.
