Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder must be an independent legal person or other organization with legal business qualifications.
2) If the bidder is the manufacturer of the goods being tendered, it shall provide the "Medical Device Manufacturing Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Production Filing Certificate for Class I Medical Devices" in accordance with relevant national regulations. If the bidder is an enterprise engaged in sales and operation, it shall provide the "Medical Device Business Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Filing Certificate for the Operation of Class II Medical Devices" in accordance with relevant national regulations. The production or business scope of the bidder shall be consistent with the relevant national licenses.
3) The goods to be tendered should be accompanied by a valid "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" or "Filing Certificate for Class I Medical Devices" as of the tender submission deadline.
4) The bidder must be a professional manufacturer of the equipment required for this project or an effectively authorized agent.
5) The model provided by the bidder for the bid should have installed users in China.
6) Within the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities, the bidder has no major illegal records in business operations.
