Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Meet "2. Qualified bidders" in Chapter I Instructions to Bidders of Volume 1 of the bidding document;
3.2 Bidders shall have independent legal personality (domestic bidders) or have completed commercial registration (overseas bidders);
3.3 Agents participating in bidding shall obtain the exclusive authorization of the equipment manufacturer for this project;
*3.4 Performance Requirements: The products submitted by the bidder should have application performance in cold-rolled silicon steel continuous rolling mills from January 1, 2020 to the bid submission deadline. A copy of the unit contract must be provided in the bid documents. If some business secrets are not convenient to be disclosed, key information can be coded.
3.5 The bidder has good bank credit and commercial reputation, is not in a state of being ordered to suspend business or bankruptcy, and its assets have not been restructured, taken over or frozen. The bidder shall provide the original or copy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank that opened the basic account within 3 months before the bid opening date;
