Overview:Since the satellite waterworks, Dachen waterworks and Longmenjiao waterworks in Yiwu have been in operation for many years, some process equipment and instruments are old and the degree of automatic control is not high, which has affected the normal operation and work of the waterworks. In view of this situation, the satellite waterworks, Dachen waterworks and Longmenjiao waterworks were reformed this time.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder shall have the qualification of contracting electronic and intelligent engineering at Grade II or above, and have a valid safety production license (within the validity period).
2. The project manager to be appointed has the registration certificate of the second-class builder of mechanical and electrical engineering and the certificate of Class B of "Class III Personnel" (within the validity period).
3. It is planned to send full-time safety production management personnel to the construction site, with Class C certificate of "Class III Personnel" (within the validity period).
4. Since January 1, 2020 (subject to the completion report time), the bidder has completed at least one new construction, expansion or reconstruction of a waterworks or urban sewage treatment plant with a treatment scale of not less than 50,000 tons/day in Chinese mainland, and the single contract amount is not less than RMB 3 million (the foreign currency exchange rate is calculated according to the exchange rate on the date of signing the contract). (The control center software and hardware must be included. For example, the general contractor performance of process equipment and automatic control must provide itemized quotations for the amount of the controllable part of the contract.).
Note: (1) The achievements obtained in the form of consortium and subcontracting will not be recognized; (2) The performance of the general contracting project of PPP project (including BOT, BT, TOT and other projects) or EPC project obtained by the bidder shall not be recognized.
Performance certification materials: provide copies of the contract and the completion acceptance report, and the originals for future reference. (If the performance requirements cannot be reflected in the contract, the original user certification documents shall be provided, which shall be bound into the original.).
5. Any deviation from the terms indicated in the first volume of the tender documents that may lead to the rejection of the tender documents will lead to the rejection of the tender.
