Overview:The 150000 t/a kettle type EVA plant is one of the production plants of middling coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. in Yanchang, Shaanxi. The raw materials of the plant are ethylene, butyl acrylate, ethylene acetate, propylene, and propionaldehyde. The products are ethylene butyl acrylate copolymer (EnBA), ethylene ethylene acetate copolymer (EVA), and low-density polyethylene (LDPE). The project is located in the reserved land of middling coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. in Yanchang, Shaanxi.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:In addition to the supporting documents required by the 2014 edition of the International Tendering Standards for Mechanical and Electrical Products (Volume 1), bidders must also provide:
(1) Foreign bidders:
1) Overseas bidders must provide relevant registration proof materials.
2) Original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
3) The bidder shall provide the Special Equipment Production License of the People"s Republic of China (Pressure Pipeline Component Manufacturing - Pressure Pipeline Valve Class A1).
4) Provide a supply performance of at least one set of LDPE/EVA device or LDPE device or EVA device medium pressure valve (valve design pressure ≥ 37.8MPa) applied to a scale of 100000 tons/year or above from January 1, 2014 to present (based on the time of contract signing), and provide a sales contract (including at least the first page and signature page of the contract) (1. Performance refers to the bidder"s performance; 2. Performance materials should reflect the device name, equipment name, device design capability, maximum design pressure of equipment, process used in the device, user name, etc., and all should be clear and recognizable; 3. If the contract cannot prove that the performance is applied to the above device and does not fully reflect the above parameters, technical agreements and other supporting materials should be provided).
5) This tender does not accept bids from consortia or agents.
(2) Bidders within the customs territory:
1) The bidder is a legally registered domestic legal person or other organization with the ability to undertake the bidding project. For bidding by legal persons or other organizations, provide a valid business license or certificate of legal person for public institutions; For branch bidding, provide a valid branch business license, as well as a valid head office business license and authorization letter from the head office for this project.
2) Provide a valid basic account opening license or proof of basic account information.
3) Having the qualification of a general taxpayer, providing valid proof materials such as a general taxpayer qualification certificate issued by the tax authority, a recently issued value-added tax special invoice, or a screenshot of the general taxpayer query record on the official website of the tax authority

6) This project allows manufacturers or their legally established sales companies in China to bid. If a sales company bids, they must provide proof of their relationship with the manufacturer.
7) Provide a supply performance of at least one set of LDPE/EVA device or LDPE device or EVA device medium pressure valve (valve design pressure ≥ 37.8MPa) applied to a scale of 100000 tons/year or above from January 1, 2014 to present (based on the time of contract signing), and provide a sales contract (including at least the first page and signature page of the contract). (1. Performance refers to the performance of the bidder or its sales company or its branch for the products they have invested in. 2. The performance materials should reflect information such as device name, equipment name, device design capability, maximum design pressure, process adopted by the device, user name, etc., all of which should be clear and identifiable. 3. If the contract cannot prove that the performance is applied to the above device and cannot fully reflect the above parameters, technical agreements and other proof should be provided. Materials; 4. The invoice issuance date must be 30 days before the date of the bidding announcement.
