3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The bidder must be a production enterprise with the ability to design, manufacture, debug, and maintain containers, and have more than three years (including three years) of work experience. A valid copy of the business license must be provided in the bidding documents.
3.2 The bidder shall have ISO quality management system certification and China Classification Society certified container production license, and provide valid copies of the certificates in the bidding documents.
3.3 The bidder has had stable sales performance in the past two years, with sales of RMB 500 million or more in 2023-2024. The bidding documents provide a financial audit report audited by an accounting firm for 2023-2024 (only the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and audit report cover and signature page need to be provided). The sales data is based on the main business income in the financial audit report.
3.4 The bidder has been operating in good condition for the past two years (from January 1, 2023 to present), with no significant records of illegal activities, no orders to suspend business or bankruptcy, and no assets frozen. Provide a commitment letter for the above content in the bidding documents.
3.5 This project does not accept commissioned processing.
3.6 Units with the same person in charge or different units with controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the same bidding project package.
