3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:The bidder must be the manufacturer of the upgraded four-wheel drive emission chassis dynamometer from a two wheel drive durable chassis dynamometer. Bidders within the country must provide a copy of their valid business license stamped with the bidder"s official seal. Contract Reference Requirement:Submit at least 4 copies of contracts with similar performance from January 1, 2022 to the date of bid opening. The specific requirements are as follows: 1) The bidder or the bidder"s parent company should be the direct supplier of the contract; 2) Contracts should have signatures or seals from all parties, except for special forms of contracts such as electronic contracts and orders; 3) The copy of the contract should include at least the names of all parties, the subject matter of the contract, the date of the contract, and the signature and seal page; 4) The contract date shall be based on the later of the effective date of the contract and the signing date of the contract; 5) For a single performance, the contract amount including tax shall not be less than RMB 4.5 million. Foreign currency contracts shall be converted into RMB amount including tax in accordance with Article 25, Article 26.2, and Article 26.4.1 of Chapter 6 of the bidding documents. 6) Similar performance refers to the procurement project of four-wheel drive chassis dynamometer.
