3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Domestic bidders shall be independent legal entities that comply with the provisions of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China.
2) The bidder shall have a supply performance of more than 30 sets of similar tire type container gantry cranes, and shall provide supporting materials such as copies of key pages of the contract.
3) If the bidder is an agent, they must obtain and provide a unique authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the bidding goods for this project.

6) If the domestic bidder is an agent, they should provide financial statements or financial condition commitment letters audited by intermediary agencies (qualified accounting firms) from 2021 to the present. 7) The authorized representative of the domestic bidder shall provide proof of payment of social security in accordance with the law for any month within the past three months of the bidding unit.
8) Original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
9) If the place of shipment is outside the customs territory, the bidder must be an enterprise registered outside the customs territory.
