3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 If the bidder is an overseas enterprise, it shall provide the foreign enterprise registration certificate and the business license issued by the domestic competent authority. Bidders for domestic enterprises must provide valid business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate (or three certificates in one or five certificates in one business license), bidders should be independent legal personality of the manufacturer or authorized agents.
3.2 The bid products shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices No. 739 of The State Council of the People"s Republic of China, and shall have the registration certificate of medical devices or the filing certificate of medical devices within the validity period.
3.3 When the supplier is an agent, it shall have the medical device business license or medical device business record certificate and have the corresponding business scope (except for those engaged in first-class medical device business activities); When the supplier is a domestic production enterprise, it shall have a medical device production license (engaging in the production of Class I medical devices shall have a filing certificate), and the medical device registrant or filing person shall operate the medical devices registered and filed without applying for the medical device business license or filing, but shall meet the business conditions stipulated in the Regulations on the supervision and Administration of medical devices.
3.4 If the bidder provides to query the person subject to enforcement for dishonesty through the "China Executive Information Disclosure Network" and the "major tax law and dishonesty subjects" through the "Credit China" website, the bidder listed in the list shall not participate in the project (the query time shall be after the announcement of the project is released).
Note: Potential bidders who fail to purchase the bidding documents as required are not allowed to participate in the bidding. Bidders shall provide a copy of the above registration materials with official seal when registering.
