B.The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the Subsea Flexible Pipeline.Bid by agent is not accepted.

Requirement for Bidder"s reference:

From 1 January 2010 to the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract), the bidder shall have at least one contract for the supply of submarine hoses (including flexible dynamic risers for offshore use, but excluding external hoses, platform crossover hoses and other pipelines in non-sea/submarine environments), and all of them shall meet the requirements of the supply of hoses with an inner diameter of more than or equal to 152.4mm (6 inches), the cross-sectional design of the hose shall include the endoskeleton Layer, design pressure greater than or equal to 4MPa, design temperature greater than or equal to 50 ℃, design water depth greater than or equal to 97 metres, and the total length of all performance contracts is greater than or equal to 5.5 kilometres. Bidders must submit relevant performance documents, performance documents include: 1) sales contract and 2) user signed or stamped arrival and acceptance materials (arrival and acceptance sheet or commissioning acceptance report or other evidence that the goods under the contract has been the arrival and acceptance of the effective proof of materials). The performance documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following: contract signing time, contract signing page (domestic trade contracts should be stamped by both parties, international trade contracts should be signed or stamped by both parties), manufacturer"s name, name of the goods, pipe diameter greater than or equal to 152.4mm (6 inches), design pressure greater than or equal to 4Mpa, design temperature greater than or equal to 50 ℃, the design of the water depth of 97 metres, the performance of the contract, or equal to 97 metres. or equal to 97 metres, the supply length of the performance contract, the user"s signature or seal of the arrival and acceptance materials.
