3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Domestic bidders shall have the ability to independently assume civil liability in accordance with the provisions of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China.
2) Manufacturers should have a supply performance of more than 10 similar bridge cranes for bidding equipment, and must provide supporting materials such as copies of key contract pages.
3) If the bidder is an agent, they must obtain and provide a unique authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the bidding goods for this project.
4) Bidders must submit their bids to the electronic trading platform for bidding and tendering of mechanical and electrical products recognized by the Ministry of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the Mechanical and Electrical Products Trading Platform, website:) before the deadline for submission of bids http://www.chinabidding.com )Complete valid registration on the website (as the registration review of the mechanical and electrical product trading platform takes some time, if bidders decide to participate in this project bidding, please log in to the website as soon as possible to check if they are already in a valid registration status, in order to avoid affecting normal bidding due to the approaching bidding deadline for registration matters).

7) The authorized representative of the domestic bidder shall provide proof of payment of social security in accordance with the law for any month within the past three months of the bidding unit.
8) Original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
9) If the place of shipment is outside the customs territory, the bidder must be an enterprise registered outside the customs territory.
