Qualifications or Performance:1.The bidder shall provide the business license, registration materials at the place of registration, or valid certificates of existence. In addition, it shall have a special equipment production license or equivalent certification documents.
2.The bidder shall have been engaged in the operation or manufacturing of the same or similar products for at least 3 years.
