Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders shall be independent legal persons or other organizations with legitimate business qualifications;

The bidder"s production or business scope shall be consistent with the relevant national license;
3) The bid goods shall have the Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China or the Filing Certificate of Category I Medical Devices within the validity period of the bid deadline (applicable when the bid goods are managed according to medical devices);
4) The bidder is a manufacturer specializing in the production of the required equipment, or a valid authorized agent (applicable when the bid goods are managed according to medical devices);
5) The bidding model provided by the bidder shall have installed users in China;
6) The bidder has no major illegal record in business activities within three years before participating in government procurement activities;
7) The bidder has no criminal record of bribery since the start of business activities;
8) The bidder is not included in the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) the list of persons subject to enforcement for dishonesty, the list of parties to major tax law cases and the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest government procurement on the China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
