The bidder is a sales enterprise and shall provide the License of Medical Device Manufacturers of the People"s Republic of China or the Record Certificate of Class II Medical Device in accordance with the relevant state regulations. The production or business scope of the bidder shall be consistent with the relevant national license.
3) The bidding goods shall have the Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China or the Record Certificate of Class I Medical Device within the validity period on the date of bid opening.
4) The bidder shall be the manufacturer specializing in the production of the required products, or the valid authorized agent;
5) The bidding models provided by the bidder shall have installed capacity users in China;
6) The bidder has no major illegal records in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
7) The bidder is not listed on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.
