3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1. Passed production type ISO9001, ISO14001 or corresponding production type quality system certification.
3.2. The bidding equipment should have good international sales performance and usage reputation.
3.3. If the bidder or equipment manufacturer has participated in the performance of this project type product in the past ten years, they shall provide contract documents and invoices as proof documents; The bidding equipment should have good international sales performance and usage reputation.
3.4. The bidder or its equipment manufacturer has relevant business and experience in acoustic wind tunnel testing or wind tunnel construction (attached with user list, stamped copy of contract (original for reference), contact information, and case pictures),
3.5. It shall have corresponding after-sales maintenance capability in Chinese Mainland, and shall issue corresponding certification materials.
3.6. The bidder shall conduct on-site inspections and provide inspection reports with signed documents confirmed by the user department;
3.7. When bidding, it is necessary to provide the design and structural drawings of the materials for the corner section, which should be consistent with the original plan;
