Since January 2016, there must be more than 70 sales records of the same type of equipment, and the user reflects well (the bidder needs to provide the performance data).(2) once the bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contract with the Tenderee. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the Tenderee, his bid will be rejected.
