Qualifications or Performance:This package must be bided by manufacture or the agent authorized by manufacture solely. The agents must provide sole official letter of authorization by manufacturer. If the Bidder is a trader or an Agent, it shall meet the following requirements of qualification and provide certificates: a. The agents must provide sole official letter of authorization by manufacturer. b. The company shall equip legal personality and established not less than 3 years. c. The company must have sales performance of similar product and related proof d. The manufacture is responsible for technical service, or provide the technical service authorization to bidder . e. The bidder shall promise that manufacture, tenderee/general contractor, agent will sign technical agreement jointly, bidder and manufacture shall undertake joint liability to the technical requirements. f. Manufacture and agent can not attend this bid at the same time, if the manufacture authorize agent to bid, only one agent can attend this bid. If the bidder is manufacture, no price will be added to the evaluated bid price; if the bidder is agent, 1 % of the bid price will be added to the evaluated bid price.
