3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1. The bidder shall be a legal person or other organization registered within the territory of the People"s Republic of China with independent civil liability capacity, or a legal person or other organization from a country or region that has normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China.
3.2. Performance requirements:
The bidder shall provide at least 3 project performance records of similar goods (recognized by the manufacturer or agent) from January 1, 2021 to the bid deadline (contract signing time).
(A copy of the contract must be provided in the bidding documents and stamped with the bidder"s official seal. The contract must reflect the signing unit and the content of the signature and seal, the time of contract signing, the main service content, and other major terms. Otherwise, it will not be recognized and the original document will be kept for reference.).
3.3. If the bidder is an agent, they must provide proof of agency qualification (stamped with the manufacturer"s official seal) or the original manufacturer"s authorization letter for the goods they bid on.
