3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder

(9) The bidder shall provide a copy of the 2023 financial audit report audited by the accounting firm (the financial audit report shall reflect the name of the bidder (audited unit), the name of the accounting firm (audit unit), the audit year in line with the requirements of the bidding documents and provide the audited financial statements).
(10) The project accepts bids from agents.
