Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder is an independent legal person or other organization with legal business qualification;
2) The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the bidding goods, and shall provide the License of Medical Device Manufacturers of PRC or the Record Certificate of Class I Medical Device in accordance with the management and sales enterprise, which shall provide the License of PEC PRC or the Record Certificate of Class II Medical Device in accordance with the relevant state regulations. The production or business scope of the bidder shall be consistent with the relevant national license (applicable when the products are medical devices); 3) The bid goods shall have the Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China or the Record Certificate of Class I Medical Devices within the validity date (applicable when the products are medical devices);
4) The bidder shall be a manufacturer specializing in the production of the required equipment, or a valid authorized agent;
5) The bidder is not accepted by the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov. Cn) is included in the list of persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking and the list of parties involved in major tax violation cases.
