Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder is an independent legal person or other organization with legal business qualifications;
2) The bidder, as the manufacturer of the bidding goods, shall provide the Medical Device Production Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China or the First Class Medical Device Production Filing Certificate in accordance with relevant national regulations; The bidder, as a sales and operation enterprise, shall provide the Medical Device Business License of the People"s Republic of China or the Second Class Medical Device Business Registration Certificate in accordance with relevant national regulations. The production or business scope of the bidder shall be consistent with the relevant national licenses;
3) The bidding goods should have a valid Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China or a Class I Medical Device Filing Certificate from the date of bid opening;
4) The bidder is a manufacturer specializing in the production of the required equipment for this project, or a valid authorized agent;
5) The model of device supplied by the bidder has current users within China;
6) The bidder has no major illegal records in their business activities within the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
7) The bidder has no record of bribery since conducting business activities;
8) The bidder has not been listed on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) or the China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn) as a dishonest debtor, a party involved in major tax violations, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement.
