Qualifications or Performance:3.1 All legal entities or organizations from countries or regions that have normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China (inafter referred to as "qualified sources") are eligible to bid; 3.2 If the bidder is an agent, they must provide the original authorization letter from equipment manufacturer, or the original authorization letter from the manufacturer"s domestic wholly-owned subsidiary, or the original authorization letter from the manufacturer"s authorized regional agent at or above prefecture level. 3.3 Bidders must have at least one performance record of supplying round-strand wire ropes with a diameter of ≥50mm in territory of the People"s Republic of China in the last three consecutive years (the performance record shall be based on the corresponding invoice, a good use certificate from the (stamped by the user), and the first page, the page with the contract model and quantity, and the page with the signature and seal of the contract with the end user). 3.4 Provide a valid safety mark certificate for mining products in China for this product. 3.5 For imported ropes, the following must also be provided: (1) Provide a certificate of origin for the same type of product. (2) Provide the customs declaration form for the import of same type of product in the People"s Republic of China. 3.6 The bidding unit for imported goods must have the conditions to sign foreign trade contracts or have authorization letter from a unit with the conditions to sign foreign trade contracts.
