Qualifications or Performance:10. Qualification Conditions for Construction Companies
10-1The manufacturer of the 10-1 tender or tenderer must have at least 1,000 RT of major repair experience in the last three years (October 2021 to October 2024) of the centrifugal refrigerator, provide a copy of the contract and a detailed description of the work, and must also be sealed or signed by the respondent.
10-2 Bidders or their manufacturers must have an annual sales revenue of over 5 million yuan for refrigeration machine maintenance and repair in the past 3 years (October 2021 to October 2024). Please provide copies of key pages of the contract (showing the amount for review).
10-3 The bidder or manufacturer of the bidder shall have the capability to operate the organization and other relevant equipment to smoothly implement the overall plan.
10-3-1 The manufacturer of the bidder or bidder shall have quality assurance for the general purpose and its own products/orders.
10-3-2 The bidder or manufacturer of the bidder shall have its own commissioning capability, testing/measuring equipment for inspection , etc.
10-3-3 The manufacturer of the bidder or tenderer shall have the capabilities of the after-service operation management organization and the spare parts supply organization.
10-3-4 The manufacturer of the bidder or bidder shall have expertise in modifying Siemens PLC procedures and modifying hardware groups and programming.
10-3-5 The bidder or manufacturer of the bidder shall be qualified for the complaint .
10-3-6 The bidder or manufacturer of the bidder shall be qualified for hazardous work (high pressure /low pressure /spark/lease /high altitude).
10-3-7 The bidder or manufacturer of the bidder shall have a detailed organizational operation plan related to the implementation of the overall plan.
10-4 Tenders must provide original or copy of a bank credit certificate issued by an account opening bank no later than three months prior to the opening date.
