Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:The bidder shall have the supply ability corresponding to the bidding project, and have the right to independently sign contracts and the ability to perform contracts; The bidder shall provide a copy of the ISO9001 certification certificate and a copy of the ISO 17025 certification certificate of the manufacturer of the bidding equipment.
