1、Bidding Conditions
Overview:XX series engine production line technical transformation project (Phase III) - crankshaft dynamic balancing machine transformation, number: 2, see Chapter 8 for details.
Main technical requirements: the original NE1 series crankshaft machine with Ⅱ line dynamic balancing machine is modified to XX series crankshaft machine with Ⅲ line, to produce XX15TG-AA crankshaft. The bidder shall be responsible for the design, manufacture, transportation, unloading, positioning, installation, commissioning, training, delivery and inspection, quality assurance, after-sales service and technical support of the goods listed in Table 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "goods"). The turnkey project shall be implemented, and the commercial contract shall prevail in case of conflict with the commercial contract. See Chapter 8 for details.
