3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1). Bidders must have the ability to integrate, debug, and complete the delivery of the bidding equipment. Bidders should provide a delivery performance of no less than 1 (set) silicon optical testing system from November 1, 2021 to present, and provide relevant supporting documents such as supply lists, contracts, orders, or acceptance certificates. (For those who only provide a supply list, a commitment letter must be provided and stamped to ensure the authenticity of the content).
2). The bidder is able to provide effective after-sales service for the bidding equipment (including the unit and contact information that provides after-sales service to YDMT).
3) The bidder or the manufacturer of the bidder shall possess its own technologies of the bidding product. In case of any patent rights involving the bidding products, the bidder shall ensure that the Tenderee is exempted from any responsibility of recognizing and infringing thereof.
4) The subject equipment must be newly manufactured, Please provide a "Letter of Commitment".
5) Original or copy of Bank Reference Letter issued within three months before the deadline of the bid opening with bank account of the bidder shall be provided.
6) Other qualification documents required by the bidding documents.
