1.The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the World Bank and a grant from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) toward the cost of Hubei agricultural product quality and safety demonstration project technical experience promotion ,and the cost of the project will be partially covered by the World Bank grant.

2.Purpose of services:

Technical experience promotion for the bank project coverage area, strengthen the new concept, new varieties, new technology application, combined with the actual demand of the project area of agricultural production conditions, summarizes the promotion demonstration results, make farmers around farmers tangible, can quickly accept new technology, achieve cost reduction, benefit increase, low carbon production of agricultural development goals.

Promotion objective: To cover all project areas, and to carry out no less than 8 online and offline promotion activities, covering more than 4,000 people.

3.Company and team requirements

(1)The team needs to have mature experience in agricultural technology promotion, equipped with technology promotion team, gold lecturer team, and organization of operation and maintenance team;

(2)The main person in charge of the team has the title of associate professor or above, and has undertaken agricultural scientific research projects above the provincial level;

(3)The company has more than 1,000 promotion and exchange activities experience;

(4)In the past three years, the company has undertaken large-scale promotion activities of enterprises, non-governmental organizations and the government.

(5)Have certain communication and coordination ability, be able to deal with emergencies, and be able to complete the requirements of the owner in the first time.

4.The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to the World Bank Procurement Rules for IPF Borrowers (" Procurement Rules ") (July 2016 edition); Revised November 2017 and August 2018). The Contract will select consultants according to the method of selecting CQS based on qualifications as stipulated in the Procurement Rules.
